Like many of our investors, we started out in the homeownership space to secure an asset that would provide shelter, memories, and financial equity for years to come.
Throughout the years, we've been fortunate to add to our real estate portfolio with rentals, wholesales, and fix & flip opportunities. What we have learned along the way is that the more doors you own, the more you are able to insulate your risk.
This is what guided us into the multifamily space. We set out to acquire mid to large multifamily apartment buildings to help provide solid and consistent returns for our partners while simultaneously increasing the quality of life for our residents.

I'm Christopher Wilson and I have been fortunate to enjoy solid active returns on investment properties that I have owned since 2005!
Over the years, I have encountered many professionals that have expressed interest in investing in real estate, but neither had the time or the expertise to get started.
As I gained more experience in the real estate industry, I soon realized that I would need to leverage investor capital to continue my growth story towards 1,000 doors.
In order to accomplish this, I invested in my real estate education and learned how to create and execute a business plan that would ensure the success of the asset. Through experience, I learned how to negotiate real estate investment deals that would provide my investors with robust returns and still afford me the
opportunity to increase the quality of life for my tenants and future owners!
In doing so, I have forged life-long relationships with my investors and continue to create new bonds with other investors on a continuous basis.
There is no better feeling than to know I am improving the quality of life for our residents and investors, by restoring properties and communities while we simultaneously build strong passive returns for our investors!

I'm Rudy Rodriguez, a Miami native who transitioned into real estate in February 2020 after 13 years in the seafood industry's importing sector. With roles in sales, logistics, and operations, I cultivated an essential skill set focused on team leadership, effective communication, and powerful negotiation tactics.
Today, I use these skills in the real estate industry as a professional agent and Multifamily real estate investor. I am driven by a passion for delivering strong and consistent returns for our investors while fostering an enduring relationship and providing the highest level of customer service.

I'm Jamie Chatman. For over 16 years, I have been serving our Country as a Military Officer in the U.S. ARMY Reserves and currently hold the rank of Major. I also currently hold over 13 years of Law Enforcement experience with duties ranging from Patrol, S.W.A.T., Terrorist Threat Liaison, Property Crimes Detective, Under Cover Tactical Detective, Mounted Unit, and Civil Disturbance Regional Task Force. To date, I have received several public and departmental commendations including Officer of the Month and one that I am most proud of, a Life Saving Award!
Protecting others is something that I have always been passionate about and has ultimately led me to join the U.S. Military and Local Law Enforcement. Over the course of my career, I realized that I needed to protect my financial future with the same passion!
In 2022, I started a real estate company focused on the niche of long-term buy and hold using the Buy – Renovate – Refinance – Rinse - & Repeat (BRRRR) Strategy. This has helped my residential portfolio grow at an accelerated rate. As a result, I’ve created a vertically integrated expansion that covers real estate agents, contractors, lenders, and my own property management company that handles the day-to-day responsibilities of all of the properties. Over the years, I have become quite familiar with how to create value-add to help drive the appreciation of each asset to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
I am taking what I have learned in the residential space and applying my knowledge and expertise to the Commercial Multifamily sector with the goal of attaining 1,000+ units.
In transitioning to Commercial Real Estate, I continuously work to help our investment partners increase their financial wealth by providing double-digit returns backed by hard assets (real estate). There is also the joy that I receive, knowing that we are also increasing the quality of life for hundreds of our residents, by improving their living conditions as we add value to our assets.
